Company: The Zion Group is a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage based in San Diego, California.

The Problem

What We Did

We followed our 4-part DRIP framework when working with Zion to help them streamline and systematize to scale.

Discovery
During the discovery phase, we identified current processes and challenges, gaps, opportunities for improvement, and overall operational and business goals. The primary goal was to understand Zion's biggest pain points.

Redesign
We then mapped out a sales and client onboarding process that aligned with the business goals identified. Then we developed a work plan for implementation.

Implementation
Implementation included the following high-level tasks:
01 Configuration:
We configured Keap, cleaned contacts and tags, created custom fields, and setup native integrations.

02 Lead Capture & Data Collection: We integrated existing website contact forms with Keap so every time a new lead was captured from the website a new deal was created in the sales pipeline.

03 Simple Automation: We implemented simple automation to improve initial lead response times and ongoing communication throughout the sales process. This included implementing lead capture forms, automated emails, and automated tasks.

04 Centralization & Integration: We eliminated applications and software that provided duplicate functionality. This reduced the need to log in to multiple applications to complete one process, improved visibility into the business as data was now centralized and integrated, and cut costs as we were able to leverage all of Keap's features.
